Privacy Policy

ByteSize Solutions ("we," "us") operates ByteSize Studio at https://studio.bytesizesolutions.dev. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using Studio, you agree to this policy.

• Account data: name, email, organization name, and authentication data via Clerk.
• Subscription data: billing status, invoices, and payment metadata via Polar (we do not store full card numbers).
• Workspace data: leads, content drafts, site metrics, automation runs, settings, and encrypted API keys you provide — stored in our Postgres database.
• Integration data: OAuth tokens and data from connected services (Gmail, YouTube, Google Calendar, Search Console) limited to the scopes you approve.
• Usage analytics: page views via Umami and, if you consent, session recordings via Microsoft Clarity on the Studio application.
• Error data: stack traces and request context via GlitchTip when errors occur.

• Provide, maintain, and improve Studio features.
• Process subscriptions and send transactional emails (reports, alerts).
• Generate AI content and reports using your prompts and brand settings.
• Send outreach email only when you explicitly initiate or approve sends.
• Monitor site health for URLs you configure.
• Comply with law and protect against abuse.

• We do not read your Gmail inbox. Outreach uses gmail.send only.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your lead data to train public AI models.
• We do not send outreach without your action or approved automation.

We retain workspace data while your subscription is active. After cancellation, data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period unless law requires longer retention. You may request export or deletion by contacting hello@bytesizesolutions.dev.

Data is stored on a dedicated VPS with encrypted secrets, organization-scoped database access, and HTTPS in transit. No system is 100% secure; report concerns to hello@bytesizesolutions.dev.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact hello@bytesizesolutions.dev to exercise these rights.
