Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to ByteSize Studio operated by ByteSize Solutions at https://studio.bytesizesolutions.dev. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Studio provides a multi-tenant workspace for CRM, content creation, site monitoring, and automations. Features may evolve; we will not materially reduce core functionality without notice during an active paid period.

• Studio is offered as a subscription per organization, billed via Polar on a monthly, 6-month, or 12-month term. The term you choose at checkout is charged in full at the start of each term.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for. Part-used 6- and 12-month terms are not refunded on cancellation.
• You may change term from Settings → Billing. The prorated difference is charged or credited at the time of the change.
• AI generation, chat, and enrichment allowances are monthly on every term and reset each month on your renewal day.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact hello@bytesizesolutions.dev within 14 days of charge if you believe billing was in error.

• Use Studio only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email in violation of CAN-SPAM or similar laws.
• Do not attempt to access other organizations' data or bypass security controls.
• Do not abuse AI generation or API limits to harm service availability.
• You are responsible for content you publish and emails you send through connected accounts.

Studio integrates with Google, DeepSeek, fal.ai, and other providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content, outreach, and publishes before they go live. Studio provides tools; you make the decisions.

Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service, lead quality, or business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your right to access Studio ends at period end.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
